Our students look at challenges with fresh eyes, free from the conditioning of those already working in the industry. They come up with solutions that internal teams often don’t think of, giving your company a real competitive advantage.
Challenge
H-FARM College Challenges are one of the highlights of our academic offer: over the years they have involved leading brands from various industries, including Amazon, Juventus, HUGO BOSS, Campari, Ferrero, and many others.
What do they consist of?
They are open innovation and co-design programs that place university students in front of real challenges launched by companies. Each project starts from a shared brief and unfolds over about two months of work: students, divided into multidisciplinary teams, analyze the problem, design solutions, and present their proposals during a final event in front of a corporate jury. Throughout the process, they are supported by faculty and professionals in an environment that fosters creativity, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial vision at the heart of the H-FARM Campus.
Thanks to the Challenges, you gain immediate visibility, truly original insights, ready-to-develop ideas, and the unique opportunity to discover top talents before anyone else.
Average duration: 2 months
Number of participants: 50–150 H-FARM College students (divided into groups)
