SEASONAL PROGRAMS
The formats
Start online, finish on campus
Innovation is born from collaboration with the best Italian companies
Your students begin the program online, working in teams on real challenges proposed by leading Italian companies through an open innovation approach. The second half of the program takes place on our Campus near Venice, where the experience becomes a full immersion in Italian excellence.
Duration: 2 months (1 online + 1 on Campus) or 1.5 months online + 2 weeks on Campus
Participants: 12 to 25 students
Strengths: a customized educational program designed to discover Italian uniqueness through experiential learning, with the possibility of linking the cultural experience to the specific focus of the program.
Case studies
Georgetown University – McDonough School of Business
In 2024, the partnership with Georgetown University – McDonough School of Business brought a group of American students to work on 4 challenges with EssilorLuxottica, exploring the world of smart eyewear through market strategies, community co-creation, and ethical issues related to wearable devices. The final week on our Campus combined academic activities, company visits, extracurricular experiences, and much more.
In 2025, the experience featured Dolce&Gabbana as the partner of excellence. A group of students from Georgetown University – McDonough School of Business immersed themselves in the world of Italian fashion and luxury, working on AI-driven challenges: from consumer relationship management to digital-first luxury beauty, from smart contracts to strategies aimed at positioning the brand as a global authority in beauty. The students then presented their projects at Dolce&Gabbana’s Milan headquarters and had the opportunity to meet CEO Alfonso Dolce.
One week in H-FARM Campus, one week in your university
Two weeks of innovation between Italy and your home country
A hybrid format that combines the Italian experience with continued learning at the partner university. Your students start online, develop innovative solutions for Italian companies, and conclude with intensive working sessions with company managers and study visits at Italian sites.

Fashion Institute of Technology New York
The summer program “AI and the New Fashion Value Chain”, in collaboration with the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, combines tradition and innovation in a journey between Italy and New York. The first week on our Campus includes classes, AI & fashion workshops, and visits to institutions that embody the excellence of Made in Italy: from the historic Tessitura Luigi Bevilacqua in Venice, to Moncler’s headquarters, and the Manifattura Italiana Cucirini. The second week in New York creates a perfect bridge between Italian craftsmanship and New York’s innovative spirit.
Startup Bootcamp
Cultivate your students’ entrepreneurial mindset
An intensive course designed to turn innovative ideas into tangible startups. Participants gain cross-functional skills and develop innovative decision-making abilities, with a special focus on Italian craftsmanship and Made in Italy excellence.
Duration: 1–2 weeks
Strengths: Students work in teams on real projects throughout the program, guided by experts from H-FARM’s Entrepreneurship & Startup Center.
Global Entrepreneurship Program
The most comprehensive experience: from open innovation to startup scouting
A tailored, integrated program that combines entrepreneurship and managerial skills in a unique journey through the world of innovation, business, and AI. Your students explore the intersection of theory and practice through immersive learning experiences that challenge perspectives and foster critical thinking.
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Participants: 20–40 students

Case study
NYU AD
A group of students from New York University Abu Dhabi took part in an intensive 6-week program — an immersive journey focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence.
The program, developed by H-FARM College with the support of the Startup Center team and H-FARM AI experts, combined academic learning with hands-on experience, allowing participants to engage with practical approaches to business and innovation.
The program included visits to leading companies such as Luxottica, Moncler, and Cucirini, as well as startup scouting activities as part of an open innovation project in the automotive sector. In the classroom, students worked on real business cases presented by managers, with a particular focus on sustainability and emerging technologies.
The program also fostered an international dimension and cultural exchange, thanks to the participation of students from different nationalities who shared a learning experience based on collaboration, discussion, and networking.
EXCHANGE PROGRAMS
Mutual enrichment through international experience
We strongly believe in the value of student exchange as a tool for academic and personal growth. We offer exchange programs lasting from 3 weeks to 2 months with partner universities around the world, creating opportunities for mutual enrichment for both our students and yours.
Case study
Lynn University
H-FARM College has launched a student exchange program with Lynn University (Miami), designed to offer students an immersive international academic experience between Europe and the United States.
In the first phase of the exchange, four H-FARM College students spent several weeks at Lynn University, where they were welcomed by the Dean of Business Management and introduced to campus life. The program featured a structured academic path with classes led by international faculty on topics such as data visualization with artificial intelligence, politics and global markets, supply chain and operations management, and global management.
Alongside academics, students took part in a variety of cultural and experiential activities, enriching the experience both academically and personally.
A few months later, the collaboration developed in the opposite direction with the visit of Lynn University students to H-FARM College. During their stay, they had the opportunity to experience the local culture, connect with the student community, and gain first-hand insight into the strengths of H-FARM’s educational model, built around innovation, entrepreneurship, and experiential learning.
J-TERM
Turn the mid-semester break into an extraordinary opportunity
J-Term is our intensive academic session designed to maximize learning during the month of January. Over 2–4 weeks, your students focus entirely on a single course, project, or experience on our nature-immersed Campus.

NYU AD
H-FARM College hosted the “Code as Craft” program, developed for students from New York University Abu Dhabi as part of the J-Term.
The program engaged international students in a multidisciplinary approach aimed at exploring the intersection of technology, creativity, and craftsmanship through lectures, case studies, labs, and workshops led by industry professionals and creatives.
Among the academic contributions, professor Erisa Ibrahimi explored the relationship between craftsmanship, fashion, and artificial intelligence in design; Michele Vello guided students through the history of costume and European and Venetian textile culture; while Davide Bartolucci from SHADO presented a dedicated case study.
The program also included workshops developed in collaboration with Museo MA*GA and Missoni, as well as with artist Gianluca Traina. Students also visited renowned local institutions such as Tessitura Bevilacqua and the Museo del Merletto di Burano.
A learning experience that brought tradition and innovation into dialogue, creating an international space for exchange around the language of design, materials, and visual culture.
AI STARTUP BOOTCAMP
Empower students to become the founders of the next generation of AI startups.
An intensive, fully hands-on experience that guides students from an initial idea to the development of an AI-powered business solution. Through practical workshops, mentorship, and continuous experimentation, participants build entrepreneurial, technological, and leadership skills while working on a real startup project.
Duration: 5–8-day academic program
Key highlights: end-to-end teamwork, from ideation to Proof of Concept (PoC), with a focus on business modelling, AI agents, prototyping, coding, and pitching. The program is enriched by mentorship from H-FARM experts, company visits, and direct immersion in H-FARM’s innovation ecosystem.
Case study
Lynn University
In May 2025, H-FARM College hosted a group of students from Lynn University for a bootcamp focused on artificial intelligence and innovation in the startup world.
Developed in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship & Startup Center and H-FARM AI, the program combined theoretical learning with hands-on practice, equipping students with the tools to turn ideas into tangible entrepreneurial projects.
Working in teams, participants developed AI-based startups and presented solutions such as a calendar management app, a medical diagnosis support tool, and a file-search assistant for personal computers.
The program also included opportunities for networking and exchange among international students, as well as a visit to the Luxottica headquarters in Agordo.
