Juventus Football Club launches a challenge to H-FARM College students: develop a project with a Gen Z and Alpha focus to create a new sense of belonging to the club that can go beyond the playing field and football in general. The students divide into teams and begin working on the brief.
It’s pitch time: after months of hard work, the students present their projects in front of an exceptional jury chaired by Juventus Chief Marketing Officer, Mike Armstrong. The works leave the jury speechless, they are all truly excellent and stand out for the creativity and concreteness of the proposals.
The winning team is the number 5 formed by Alessio Pitteri, Mattia Buoso, Alberto Troncon and Ilaria Nalon with the project “A mental health journey”: a live podcast on Twitch to address the topic of mental health – often perceived as a taboo – through sharing life stories and testimonies of footballers.
A few days later, the team immerses itself in the Juventus world on the occasion of the Champion match between Juventus and Fiorentina at the Allianz Stadium. This trip is also a key opportunity to visit the club’s headquarters and get to know the various departments.
But it doesn’t end here: Juventus appreciated the idea proposed by the winning students so much that it wanted to turn it into reality. The team followed a pre-acceleration program at the H-FARM Entrepreneurship and Startup Center and then presented a more structured project to Juventus.
The “Stories of Strength” podcast, born from an idea of our students, is finally a reality. ❤️
