Student’s wellbeing

At H-FARM College, we believe that the academic experience is only one part of the learning experience. Our vision goes beyond this, embracing the concept of 360-degree student development, where psychological and physical well-being play as important a role as intellectual learning.

The university years are indeed a crucial time not only for acquiring knowledge but also for shaping identity, developing social skills, and building habits that will last a lifetime.

This is why, in addition to the curricular and enhancing course programs, we provide students with a series of activities, programs, and services designed to support their growth, preparing them to face the challenges of the real world and realize their full potential.

Personal Development Program

The Personal Development Program is a journey designed for H-FARM College students to support their personal growth, helping them develop greater self-awareness, the ability to navigate challenges, and the tools to shape their own future.

The program is based on the idea that growth and performance are connected through a dynamic balance between well-being and effectiveness. Learning to understand oneself, manage pressure, make the most of one’s talents, and collaborate with others are essential skills for navigating university life and facing future challenges.

How is the program structured?

In the 2026/27 academic year, the program runs throughout the year through six sessions inspired by the story and experience of Lorenzo Bernardi, one of the greatest figures in Italian volleyball.

Drawing on his experience in high-level sport, students are encouraged to reflect on key aspects of personal growth, including values, talent, leadership, pressure management, teamwork, and the ability to navigate uncertainty.

This year’s guiding question is “Who am I becoming?” An invitation to experience the college years as a period of conscious and intentional growth, where students not only acquire the knowledge and skills needed to shape their future, but also begin to define who they want to become. It is a time to explore their potential, develop their talents, put their values to the test, and gradually shape their own personal and professional path.

The methodology

Each session follows an approach based on three key activities: inspiration, information, and insights.

The guest’s personal experience provides students with frameworks and tools they can use to navigate their own growth journey. Through discussion and sharing activities, students turn inspiration and information into ideas, solutions, and concrete actions that can be applied to their everyday lives.

Who leads it

The program is led by Fabio Salvadori, leadership coach and keynote speaker, and Annalisa Fabbri, an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited Senior Coach and ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified Coach.

Starting from the 2026/27 academic year, the program is enriched by the contribution of Lorenzo Bernardi, whose experience in the world of sport provides inspiration for exploring topics related to leadership, personal growth, and navigating complexity.

Student Life

Student life at H-FARM College goes beyond the classroom.

The Student Life team organizes numerous extracurricular activities covering five main areas: Social & Leisure, Knowledge & Network, Health & Well-being, Culture, and Social Impact.

Students are encouraged to create clubs, organize events, and launch initiatives based on their interests, with full support from the team.

Sports play a fundamental role in promoting physical well-being. The campus offers state-of-the-art facilities, with 5,000 square meters of outdoor spaces and 1,600 square meters of indoor areas dedicated to a wide range of sports activities. From tennis to padel, soccer to climbing, basketball to beach volleyball, and extreme sports like BMX and skateboarding, students can choose from many activities.

The sports offering is completed by a well-equipped gym, a freestyle area, and calisthenics facilities.

Students can also join the College sports teams, participating in competitions in disciplines such as volleyball, basketball, soccer, and skiing. For those who prefer a more relaxed approach, evening classes in pilates, paddle, skateboarding, and Thai boxing are available. Easy access to the sports facilities encourages students to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, contributing to their overall well-being.
