Lumina Consulting Agency, founded and managed by H-FARM College students, offers consultancy aimed at understanding and penetrating the Generation Z market.
We operate both nationally and internationally, assisting companies in effectively attracting and conquering this market segment. Our team consists of 28 members selected on an annual basis, who have the opportunity to put academic principles into practice through work on consultancy projects. This allows them to gain first-hand experience in different industries.
Since its foundation, Lumina Consulting Agency has converted students’ passion and enthusiasm for innovation, economics and finance into tangible results for operating entities in a variety of sectors, both locally and globally.

To become a member of Lumina, you need to participate in a Business Game held at the beginning of the academic year. Those selected will then move on to the next phase: a 1-to-2 meeting with a Lumina member and Professor Testorelli (founder). After succeeding in both phases, you will become part of the team.

The goal of those who join Lumina is to grow their portfolio of experiences, not their salary. We believe that true enrichment comes from the opportunity to work with major companies while studying, applying what we learn in practice.
The commitment required at Lumina varies from period to period. During a project, you may work up to 2 hours per day, while in quieter periods, between 3 and 4 hours per week are expected, at the discretion of each team.
