Career Day 2024
Career Day at H-FARM College represents an important opportunity for students and companies to connect, share insights, and explore future possibilities. As an event dedicated to fostering collaboration between emerging talent and established businesses, it offers a unique platform where education meets real-world innovation, making it a key moment in the academic year.
This year’s edition began on October 17. Day 1 centered around talent, innovation, and new technological frontiers. The event opened with a welcome speech by H-FARM College’s Executive Director, Antonella Sannella, followed by a keynote from Diego Pizzocaro, CEO of H-FARM AI and Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in AI & Data Science. Pizzocaro provided an insightful perspective on how AI can help businesses better understand the present and shape future strategies.
After the presentations, sponsor companies participated in interactive workshops featuring AI Agents developed by our students. More than just a traditional job fair, Career Day encouraged meaningful exchanges between companies and students in a practical and collaborative environment.
The second day began with Breakfast Connect, an informal networking session designed to foster connections between students and companies over coffee. Riccardo Donadon, H-FARM Founder and CEO, opened the day, followed by Marco Mazzini, Founder & CEO of Dokimazo, who introduced the “Skill Wallet,” an AI-powered tool designed to help students showcase their skills while offering HR professionals a fresh approach to recruitment. Students had the chance to test it out during the Job Fair, while engaging in interviews with participating companies.
This year’s Career Day saw students eager to present their CVs, Alumni returning to campus as recruiters, and companies discovering new talent. It was a valuable opportunity for everyone involved.
