Rischio.0, virtual reality training for the construction industry

Our maize.SENSE platform is being used to train construction workers on safety.

This project, the first in its kind to be developed in Italy, is aimed at improving workers' safety conditions and is the result of our collaboration with Centro Edili Venezia, Ulss 3 Serenissima and Spisal Venezia.

By using VR headsets, joysticks and special gloves, the workers simulate different kinds of critical interventions such as the decontamination and reclamation of materials containing asbestos and the correct assembly and dismantling of scaffolding.

The virtual environments have been developed through maize.SENSE, our interactive platform for VR training that reproduces the most diverse environmental conditions and procedures and tracks the time dedicated to training, the knowledge learned and the errors.
