Red Bull Basement: turn your idea into reality

“It takes one idea to make an impact” – that’s the philosophy behind Red Bull Basement, the global initiative by Red Bull that’s back this year, giving young innovators the chance to turn their ideas into reality.

H-FARM is no stranger to this challenge. In 2021, a team of H-FARM College students – Umberto Bolzoni, Sebastiano Felicetti, and Filippo Casellato – won the Italian edition with their groundbreaking green project, ‘E-trash,’ a smart bin designed to make waste sorting easier and more efficient.

Red Bull Basement is open to all dreamers and visionaries, regardless of where you’re from or what your background is. What matters most is the courage to dare and the desire to make an impact. To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a good command of English.

The winning team from the Red Bull Basement world final will get an all-expenses-paid trip to Silicon Valley and Los Angeles in 2025, gaining access to invaluable mentorship and networking opportunities.
