CAREER DAY

The most anticipated event of the academic year is back: H-FARM College’s Career Day!

Much more than just a Job Fair: this year, the event will be a true ideas lab, focusing on new AI-driven technologies that are revolutionizing the world of work.

The 2024/25 edition will center around the theme “AI Fusion: Companies and Gen Z Redefining Collaborative Futures,” with a spotlight on students and their skills.

From talks to hands-on workshops, there will be plenty of opportunities for companies and young talent to connect and exchange ideas.

Job interviews and informal networking sessions will shape the Career Day Job Fair, serving as a true bridge between talents and recruiters.

OCTOBER 17

H-TALK, experiential workshops, and a networking dinner

The day, reserved for sponsor companies, will kick off with a talk by Diego Pizzocaro, CEO of H-FARM AI and Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in AI and Data Science. He will guide participants on a journey to explore new perspectives for interpreting the present and shaping the future of business in the age of artificial intelligence.

Following the talk, interactive workshops will allow sponsor companies to explore and engage with AI Agents developed by H-FARM College students. These intelligent agents, comparable to customized versions of ChatGPT for business use, are radically transforming business operations. Their ability to perform specific tasks, automate complex processes, and provide decision-making support promises to significantly boost operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

The day will conclude with a networking dinner, creating an informal atmosphere to foster meaningful connections between students and company representatives.

The second day will begin with a Breakfast Connect, a dynamic breakfast that offers a unique opportunity for informal networking between students and companies.

Following this, the Career Day Job Fair in the booths will be the beating heart of the event. Here, companies and students will have the chance to experience the innovative Skill Wallet Dokimazo. This cutting-edge tool allows students to effectively showcase their skills while providing HR professionals with a revolutionary approach to talent selection and recruitment.
