Out of the Box: create your map to navigate the future

Out of the Box is the path that helps you understand who you are, what truly drives you, and what concrete steps you can take from here.

Out of the Box – Create your map to navigate the future

Not knowing what to do after school yet is not a problem. It’s the starting point.

Many students aged 16 to 18 feel the pressure of already having everything figured out: university, degree, future. But the right choice does not come from pressure—it comes from self-awareness.

Out of the Box is the path that helps you understand who you are, what truly drives you, and what concrete steps you can take from here.

We cannot choose for you. But we can help you make the best possible choice. This means accompanying you, not pushing you. Giving you tools, not ready-made answers. Helping you understand who you are, because only from there can a choice emerge that holds up over time.

WHY JOIN

You will discover your strengths and understand how to use them.

You will develop the power skills that make a real difference:

  • you will develop entrepreneurship as a key competence for a rapidly changing job market: you will learn to see opportunities where others see obstacles and to build your own path;
  • you will learn to use AI consciously: it will not replace you, but it will help you study better, make more informed choices, and build a stronger path, using it in a critical and aware way.

You will understand why STEM pathways are particularly “winning” today and in the future, and you will ask yourself: what is “STEM” in me?

You will leave with a concrete action plan and you will know your next step.

Extra activities

The Summer Program continues beyond the classroom, offering a range of extracurricular activities designed to experience the Campus to the fullest.

The Student Life team supports every experience, creating moments of discovery, fun, and connection. Activities provide the chance to explore different interests, engage both body and mind, express creativity, and spend time with others in informal settings. From outdoor sports and hands-on workshops to themed evenings, music, games, and relaxing moments, each activity becomes an opportunity to try something new, uncover hidden talents, and build connections that last well beyond the program.

Examples of activities include outdoor sports like Golden Hour Beach Volleyball, cooking classes with shared dinners, game nights, themed parties, movie nights, and pizza nights. Each is designed to relax, entertain, and create memories that stay long after the summer ends.

Every activity is carefully organized to ensure a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment, where participants can fully enjoy the Summer Program experience.

Who is it for?

For students
This is the right program if you need guidance for a choice you have not yet fully made, if you want to discover what you are truly passionate about, or if you have too many options in front of you and don’t know where to start. You are not expected to have everything figured out—what is expected is curiosity, a willingness to get involved, and the desire to explore together a path for your future.

For families
Out of the Box is a structured orientation program, guided by professionals in education, entrepreneurship, and university advising. Your son or daughter will come back with greater self-awareness, with concrete tools to choose the university path that best fits them—based on dedicated sessions and educational tools that support this process—and with a “map they have written themselves” for the coming months. The choice remains theirs, but the journey to reach it will no longer be made alone; it will be the result of the orientation week experienced at H-FARM College through Out of the Box.
