Anna Comacchio

Anna Comacchio is Professor of Organization and Management and Dean of the Venice School of Management, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and was visiting scholar at Business School – Warwick University. She was the director of the international PHD program in Management of Ca’ Foscari University and the MPhil in Management Studies, and served as vice-president of Edamba and board member of Euram. Her areas of research are at the crossroads of organization theory and innovation, focusing on the cognitive processes underlying novelty generation and sensemaking mechanisms processes for entrepreneurial identity formation. Her research has been published
in Long Range Planning, Organization Science, Technovation and Journal of Technology transfer.
