Clara Filosa

Clara Filosa is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Management and Engineering of the University of Padua. She earned her PhD in Management Engineering with a research project focused on the transition of manufacturing companies toward integrated and customized solutions enabled by intelligent product-service systems. She graduated with honors in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Padua, and was awarded the “Luca Ometto” prize for her thesis on circular economy and Industry 4.0.
Her research focuses on digital servitization, business model innovation, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital platforms. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed international journals and presented at numerous national and international conferences. She spent a research period as a visiting PhD at Copenhagen Business School and regularly serves as a reviewer for scientific journals and conferences.
She is actively involved in university teaching on courses related to innovation management and product development, and has co-supervised interdisciplinary master’s theses.
In addition to her academic background, she has gained professional experience in marketing, events, and communication, enriching her profile with cross-disciplinary skills and a collaborative, organized, and innovation-driven approach.
