Roberto Ferretti

Roberto Ferretti was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1992 and qualified as a barrister before the Italian Supreme Court in 2006. His practice areas include banking law and payment services, as well as investment services, company law, and FinTech.

He is the Vice-President, a member of the Scientific committee of the Association Européenne pour le Droit Bancaire et Financier (AEDBF), and a member of the European Law Institute.

He has been a member of the Adjudication Panel of the Italian Banking Ombudsman (ABF) and a lecturer of banking law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan from 1989 to 2004.

He is the author of several publications and consistently serves as a speaker at conferences and master’s and postgraduate training programmes.
