Lumina, beyond consulting: fresh perspectives from new generations.
Managed by H-FARM College students, Lumina is an agency providing consulting services across three key areas: Business Consulting, Media & Communication, and AI & Digital Technologies. By combining analytical thinking, creativity, and technological innovation, the agency develops integrated, future-oriented solutions designed to address the continuously evolving needs of modern organizations.
Through Lumina, students turn classroom learning into concrete consulting projects for real clients, generating tangible impact and measurable value.
Active at both national and international levels, the agency supports companies in interpreting generational shifts and transforming them into concrete competitive advantages.
CASE STUDY
ALLIANZ BANK
The Challenge
The client aimed to deepen the study on “The Future Client” by analyzing Gen Z in comparison with previous generations, to understand whether Gen Z shows distinct financial characteristics or if their behaviors reflect patterns typical of younger age groups.
The Solution
Lumina students conducted a comprehensive research process that included a literature review, surveys, conjoint analysis, and matrices to explore Gen Z’s investment preferences. The findings led to the development of concrete strategies to engage Gen Z clients, with a strong focus on education, communication, and tailored financial products, as well as an in-depth analysis of Gen Z’s financial needs and challenges, compared with those of other generations.
The project results were presented over three days to an audience of more than 2,000 people during the Allianz Bank Roadshows held in Rome, Bologna, and Milan.
CASE STUDY
H-FARM Business School
The Challenge
To analyze and rethink the retail experience from a Gen Z perspective, integrating data, insights, and trends to understand how young consumers are reshaping the future of consulting and retail. The goal was to explore Gen Z’s habits, decision drivers, and values, with a focus on experiential shopping, community engagement, and immersive technologies.
The Solution
Lumina students developed a combined qualitative and quantitative research approach, gathering data and case studies from key industry sources to analyze Gen Z’s behaviors and expectations within the retail landscape. The resulting insights were synthesized into strategic frameworks that identify experience, digitalization, and sustainability as central levers for the retail of the future.
The project led to the definition of the “Future Client” profile (Lumi), the mapping of key emerging trends in value-driven retail, and the development of guidelines for collaborative, data-driven, and generational consulting models.
