Emerals IRL: The Game
Emerals IRL: The Game is a 5-day summer experience designed for young people aged 18 to 25 who want to challenge themselves, meet new people, and take part in a real-life social game like never before.
The program blends competition, exploration, creativity, and social interaction in a highly dynamic format, where every challenge is an opportunity to play, collaborate, and build real connections. All of this takes place in a digital detox environment, encouraging participants to disconnect from devices and fully embrace offline relationships and experiences.
The experience is created in collaboration with Emerals, the largest European roleplay community on GTA V. Founded in 2023 by Michele Mangiacotti, currently a student at H-FARM College, together with his brother Pier Paolo Mangiacotti, Emerals now counts over 420,000 users and represents a unique digital ecosystem where gaming, storytelling, and social interaction merge into a shared world.
Emerals IRL brings that same energy into the real world, transforming the campus into a live gaming arena, where collaborations, challenges, and live rankings make each day unique.

An experience with dynamic teams
One of the key principles of the program is the dynamic team structure. Groups change with every activity, so participants are always collaborating with different people throughout the program. This format encourages authentic networking, breaks down social barriers, and keeps the experience fresh and engaging. Each participant competes individually in the overall ranking, while teams can win special prizes in individual challenges.
Experiences on and off campus
The program combines structured challenges with moments of relaxation and socializing. Participants will explore Venice through an urban treasure hunt, enjoy boating experiences, take part in action activities like paintball, and share time together during cooking classes, social evenings, and the final celebration. The result is a balanced experience that blends competition, exploration, and community.

The Summer Program continues beyond classes with extracurricular activities designed to experience campus life to the fullest.
The Student Life team supports every experience, creating moments of discovery, fun, and connection. These activities offer the chance to explore different interests, train both body and mind, express creativity, and spend time with others in informal settings. From outdoor sports and hands-on workshops to themed nights, music, games, and relaxation, each activity becomes an opportunity to try something new, discover hidden talents, and build relationships that last beyond the program.
Among the activities offered are sports such as Golden Hour Beach Volleyball, cooking classes followed by shared dinners, game nights, DJ sets, themed evenings, movie nights, and pizza nights. Each experience is designed to relax, have fun, and create memories that last well beyond the summer.

Our faculty
The Emerals IRL: The Game experience is led by the founders of Emerals together with the H-FARM College team. There are no traditional instructors: the program is designed by those who created and grew the largest European GTA V community, bringing the energy and dynamics of online gaming directly into the real world. Participants will be guided step by step through each challenge by the creators of the format themselves, learning strategies of collaboration, competition, and storytelling directly from those who turned gaming into a true social experience.

The H-FARM Campus is much more than a physical place: it is a true ecosystem designed to inspire students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to engage with the future. Located just a few steps from the Venice lagoon, it is an open space for sharing, where education, technology, and creativity come together every day.
During the Emerals IRL: The Game program, you will live and learn in an environment designed to foster innovative and entrepreneurial thinking. The Campus hosts education buildings, event rooms, a conference hall, a library, and spaces where you can work in teams, interact with mentors, and develop your business ideas.
During breaks, you can relax or stay active across more than 5,000 square meters of green areas and 1,600 square meters of indoor spaces, with sports activities ranging from padel to rugby, skateboarding to beach volleyball. A young, active, and international community will accompany you throughout the bootcamp.
The H-FARM Campus is also a model of sustainability: self-sufficient for 85% of its energy needs, it promotes green mobility through electric vehicles, bike sharing, and charging stations. Innovation and environmental responsibility coexist in a place designed for the future.
Accommodation
Located in the magical Venice lagoon, Marina is a true oasis just a few minutes from the H-FARM Campus (2 km away).
Two recently renovated barchesse—overlooking what was once the main small port connecting Portegrandi and Venice—house fully equipped apartments with all modern comforts.
Here, students can experience university life in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where they can share not only their studies but also their passions.
