Massimiliano Niselli
Massimiliano Niselli is a professional with over 15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, and Change Management. He has held roles of increasing responsibility in multinational companies across various industries — including consulting, fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, electromechanics, and automotive — working with organizations such as Boston Consulting Group, Moncler, Stevanato Group, ABB, and Carraro Group.
He holds a degree in Management Engineering with honors from the University of Padua and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a member of H-FARM’s Scientific Committee for Operational Excellence and collaborates with institutions and research centers to develop sustainable, data-driven operational models.
Alongside his professional career, he is actively engaged in social impact initiatives: he serves as president of an urban regeneration association, mentors university students, and runs a blog on traveling with children, through which he promotes values of inclusion, exploration, and simplicity.
