Yucel Zeynep

Zeynep Yucel earned her PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2010. Prior to joining Ca’ Foscari University of Venice in October 2024, she worked as a researcher at ATR Labs at Kyoto, Japan and subsequently served as an assistant professor and then associate professor at Okayama University, Okayama, Japan. Her research centers on human behavior and its link to actions, spanning from subtle cues of attention to locomotion and navigation. Her recent work focuses on collision avoidance with social contexts.
