This summer program helps you understand how financial markets really work and how to make more informed economic decisions. It is designed for recent high school graduates, university students, and young graduates who want to acquire practical, hands-on skills in markets, understand the relationship between risk and return, and learn the decision-making processes that guide capital management over time.
The program is developed in collaboration with Omney, a platform dedicated to financial education and decision-making support.
Guided by industry experts, you will experience a comprehensive learning journey, including theoretical lessons, workshops, decision-making simulations, and real-case analyses, designed to help you develop a clear and replicable method to read the markets and approach your financial decisions with confidence and clarity. You will learn to think consciously in the face of uncertainty, connecting your goals, risk, and time horizon in every decision.
Do you want to transform the way you make financial decisions and truly understand the markets? Then this summer program is for you.
You can decide how you want to experience the program. By joining Week 1 – Foundation, you will build strong financial fundamentals and gain a clear understanding of how markets work. If you already have some basic knowledge and want to deepen your understanding of advanced strategies and professional portfolio management, Week 2 – Advanced is designed for you.
Alternatively, you can follow the full program (Week 1 + Week 2) and take part in both weeks, developing a comprehensive set of financial skills — from understanding market dynamics to making informed decisions and communicating them effectively.
During the program, you will work on real cases drawn from the direct experience of financial professionals. You will also have the opportunity to interact with industry experts and take part in a visit to a financial institution, where you will see firsthand how strategic investment decisions are made and how financial theory is applied in real-world contexts.
Financial decisions influence many aspects of life: personal goals, educational choices, family planning, and long-term wealth building. Throughout the program, participants develop a structured approach to understanding financial markets and making more informed economic decisions. By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
The Summer Program continues beyond the classroom with a range of extracurricular activities designed to help you experience campus life to the fullest.
The Student Life team supports every experience, creating moments of discovery, fun, and connection. These activities give participants the opportunity to explore different interests, engage both body and mind, express creativity, and spend time together in an informal and relaxed setting. From outdoor sports and hands-on workshops to themed evenings, music, games, and moments of relaxation, every activity becomes an opportunity to try something new, discover hidden talents, and build connections that last beyond the program.
Activities include experiences such as Golden Hour Beach Volleyball, cooking classes followed by dinner together, game nights, DJ sets, themed evenings, movie nights, and pizza nights. Each moment is designed to help participants unwind, have fun, and create memories that last well beyond the summer.
Every activity is carefully organized to ensure a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment, allowing participants to fully enjoy the Summer Program experience.
The Summer Program is led by experienced professionals from the finance and consulting world, with years of hands-on experience in market management and education. Among them are Riccardo Zanetti, founder of Omney, who brings his expertise in developing digital financial projects; Alessandro Pedone, an independent financial advisor with a 30-year career in wealth management; and Carlo Banti, a specialist in developing decision-making and interpersonal skills. They are supported by other industry professionals and guest speakers, providing participants with a comprehensive and firsthand view of the real financial world.
H-FARM Campus is much more than a physical space: it’s a true ecosystem designed to inspire students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone eager to engage with the future. Located just steps from the Venice Lagoon, it is an open environment for sharing, where education, technology, and creativity come together every day.
During the program, you will live and learn in a space designed to stimulate innovative and entrepreneurial thinking. The Campus features buildings dedicated to education, event halls, a conference hall, a library, and areas for teamwork, mentorship, and developing your business ideas.
During breaks, you can relax or stay active across more than 5,000 sqm of outdoor green spaces and 1,600 sqm indoors, with sports ranging from padel and rugby to skateboarding and beach volleyball. A young, active, and international community will accompany you throughout the bootcamp.
H-FARM Campus is also a model of sustainability: covering 85% of its energy needs independently, it promotes green mobility with electric vehicles, bike sharing, and charging stations. Innovation and environmental responsibility coexist in a place designed for the future.
