Challenge with Boscolo
Last Wednesday we kicked off the first Challenge of the academic year 2024/25, in collaboration with Boscolo, one of Italy’s leading tour operators renowned for its expertise in organized group travel.
At H-FARM College, Challenges are integral to our educational approach, representing one of the key pillars of the students’ learning experience since they provide an invaluable opportunity to “learn outside the classroom” by tackling real business cases.
The Challenge is entitled “AI and travelling: a new era of travel experience“: the brief centers on enhancing customer experience through innovative AI solutions. The goal is, on one hand, to use AI to enhance external Customer Experience by improving customer interaction and satisfaction to create loyalty toward the brand, and on the other hand, to implement AI to increase the company’s internal productivity and efficiency, again with a specific focus on Customer Experience (CX) through optimization of business processes, human resources, and systems.
Guiding the participants through this exciting journey will be, as Academic Reviewer, Diego Pizzocaro, CEO of H-FARM AI and Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in AI & Data Science.
