Challenge with Boscolo Tours: final event

The journey toward innovation and customer-centric travel reached its destination on December 19 with the final event of the “AI and Travelling: A New Era of Travel Experience” Challenge. Hosted by H-FARM College in collaboration with Boscolo Tours, the Challenge invited students to reimagine how AI could enhance customer interactions and loyalty while streamlining internal processes.

For months, teams worked tirelessly to develop bold concepts, culminating in a vibrant final event where they pitched their projects to a distinguished jury: Elisa Boscolo (Owner), Giorgio Boscolo (Founder), Barbara Fabietti (Social Media Manager), Luca Perrone (CRM Manager), Rolando Pasqualin (IT Manager), and Aleksandar Starcevic (Customer Service Manager).

After a day of inspired pitches, Aurora Boscolo claimed the top prize with its visionary AI travel assistant, praised for its potential to revolutionize how Boscolo connects with its customers. As their reward, the winning team received the Boscolo Gift Cool Cities, a weekend box offering a two-night stay in some of the trendiest destinations.
