The Italian company, which specialises in manufacturing porcelain tiles, is looking to improve its social media positioning and relationship with the community.

Ceramiche Refin has started working with our Digital Marketing team to boost its social media presence and engage its online community more.

Part of the Gruppo Concorde, the largest ceramic group in Europe, Ceramiche Refin has always been committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability, and has become a worldwide symbol of Made in Italy excellence.

Through the use of HEI (Human Empathy Indicator), an indicator that we developed to measure the quality of user interactions with a brand's contents, Ceramiche Refin will be able to understand and measure its relationship with the fanbase, both from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. In fact, the Indicator analyses the complete user's involvement: the type of interactions, the sentiment of the conversations, and the overall quality of the relationship.

The 2021 social strategy of Ceramiche Refin will start by rationalising the social media presence and implementing different editorial plans for the different channels. Social advertising campaigns will be run to improve the brand visibility and intercept the target users.
