Procedure of recognition of prior learning
Have you already started a university program and are considering continuing your studies at H-FARM College?
It’s possible to apply for admission to the later years of our Bachelor’s and Master’s programs by transferring previously earned academic credits.
H-FARM College welcomes students who wish to transfer from other universities, recognizing that changing direction during one’s academic journey is a normal — and often necessary — step in finding the learning environment that best aligns with individual goals and aspirations.

For the Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Management, if you wish to enroll with recognition of university credits (CFU), transfer internally from another Ca’ Foscari program, or transfer from another university, you must request an evaluation of the exams already completed and obtain the official credit recognition form. Requirements
To apply for admission with credit recognition, it is necessary to:
- Successfully complete the admission process for the chosen program, as outlined in the official calls for applications published on the H-FARM College website;
- Submit the credit recognition request by September 30, 2025, following the procedure described in the official document.
Who can apply
Credit recognition is possible for credits earned through:
- An incomplete university program due to withdrawal or forfeiture
- Individual courses taken outside of a full degree program
Important: Credits from a university degree already awarded cannot be recognized. For example, if you already hold a Bachelor’s degree, you cannot request recognition of those credits for admission to our programs.
Year of enrollment (Bachelor’s Degrees)
For bachelor’s degree, the year of enrollment will be determined based on the number of credits recognized:
-Year 1: less than 120 UK credits (less than 60 ECTS).
-Year 2: from 120 to 240 UK credits (from 60 ECTS to 120 ECTS)
-Year 3: more than 240 UK credits (more than 120 ECTS)
How to request recognition of prior learning credits
Step 1 – Admission procedure
To request access with recognition of credits a candidate must have completed step 1 of the admission procedure (online application) as detailed in the admission notice.
Step 2 – Credit recognition request
Send an email to admission.college@h-farm.com with the following documents attached:
– An official transcript or self-certification of completed exams with grades, including any planned exams
– Abstracts/syllabi of the courses for which you are requesting recognition
– A summary of the original study program and its educational objectives
All documents must be in Italian, English, or in the original language accompanied by a certified English translation.
