Allegra is a professional specialized in innovation management and the strategic development of new ventures, with a solid background in supporting digital entrepreneurship. She is currently an Accelerator Manager at H-FARM, where she is responsible for guiding high-potential startups through intensive acceleration programs.In her role, Allegra provides strategic guidance to emerging companies, helping them develop effective business models and scale in the market. Her international experience includes serving as Innovation Desk Manager at the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), where she supported innovative Italian startups in entering the UK market.
