Leonardo Felician

Born in Trieste and a Physics graduate from the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa, Leonardo Felician founded the direct insurance model in Italy in 1994 and has led several top insurance companies over the course of decades. He is recognized as a serial innovator and one of Europe’s leading experts in motor insurance and data analytics for the insurance business.

He has been teaching in Italian universities for over 40 years and currently lectures in Data Analytics for Finance and Insurance at MIB Trieste School of Management and in Insurance Management at BBS – Bologna Business School.
