Career Day 2025: Alliance Intelligence to connect generations and businesses

While everyone talks about AI as artificial intelligence, H-FARM College introduces a second type of AI that is equally revolutionary: Alliance Intelligence. This is the human capacity to connect different generations, each bringing unique knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. The goal is to overcome generational barriers to co-create a present and future that combine innovation and well-being.

Following the success of the previous edition, Career Day 2025 presents itself with a completely interactive format. The event will unfold over two intensive days: November 13th will be dedicated to innovation and networking, featuring five experiential workshops, inspirational talks, and a networking dinner that will connect companies, students, and university faculty. November 14th will host the traditional Job Fair, where companies can directly meet digital talents and initiate internship programs starting from January 2026.

During Career Day, participating companies will be able to interact directly with second and third-year students through experiential workshops on highly relevant topics: Smart Brand Lab to explore B2B and B2C branding strategies, AI Autonomous Agent to design “virtual employees”, Open Innovation Lab to discover new drivers of corporate innovation, AI Ally to combat gender stereotypes in collaboration with Fondazione Libellula and Donna Moderna, and finally Alliance Intelligence to analyze the future of the job market powered by LUMINA.
