From Lynn University to H-FARM College: A Week of AI, Entrepreneurship, and Campus Life

From June 15 to 19, we welcomed a group of students from Lynn University (Boca Raton, Florida) to our Campus for a custom-designed bootcamp focused on artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship. Developed by H-FARM College in collaboration with the Startup Center and H-FARM AI teams, the program was created to provide participants with a hands-on learning experience, exploring how AI technologies can support the creation and growth of new entrepreneurial ventures.

Throughout the week, students explored the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, working with frameworks and practical tools to understand the different stages of startup development—from idea generation and market and competitor analysis to building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using AI and no-code technologies.

The theoretical sessions were complemented by hands-on activities built around a series of challenges, giving students the opportunity to tackle real-world problems and develop solutions based on genuine user needs.

The program was further enriched by talks from KPMG, Caffeina, Protiviti, and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, partners of the Lumina Summer School 2026, which took place on Campus during the same week. Through company presentations and real-world case studies, students gained valuable insights into some of the challenges currently shaping the worlds of innovation, business, and consulting.

The overlap with the Lumina Summer School added another valuable dimension to the experience. In addition to sharing selected learning sessions, Lynn University students had the opportunity to connect with H-FARM College students, exchanging ideas, perspectives, and experiences while experiencing the international spirit of the Campus firsthand.

One of the week’s highlights was a visit to Artigiani Veneziani in Fossò, near Venice, a company that has been producing luxury leather goods and accessories for leading international brands for more than fifty years. The visit offered students the chance to see how traditional craftsmanship, innovation, and manufacturing excellence can successfully coexist, creating a highly competitive business model.

Learning continued beyond the classroom thanks to activities organized by the Student Life team, including the Hill Party and beach volleyball and padel tournaments. These informal moments helped students build meaningful connections, making the week not only an immersive educational experience but also a valuable opportunity for cultural exchange and lasting relationships.
