MAGICA Summer School, scholarships available to study sustainability
Rethinking sustainability through data: applications are now open for MAGICA Summer School
In the frame of MAGICA – Horizon Europe Coordination and Supporting Action financed under the call HORIZON-CL5-2021-D1-01, the European Union is making available 20 full scholarships for participants willing to attend MAGICA Summer School from July 3rd to July 7th, 2023.
The call is open to all students aged 18-22 who want to learn more about climate change and are eager to spend an inspiring week in one of the most innovative hubs in Europe, H-FARM Campus.
Guided by experts, participants will deepen their knowledge on the key role played by Data Engineering and Data Analytics on climate change and climate-related issues.
They will also have the opportunity to take part in the acceleration programme to turn their ideas into real business projects focusing on climate, having the chance to pitch them to a jury of investors and startup founders.
The lessons will be held in H-FARM Campus, a unique place near Venice where students, experts, entrepreneurs and innovators meet and exchange ideas every day. The Campus is self-sufficient for 85% of its energy and green mobility is highly encouraged all over the area.
Applications must be submitted by May 31st, 2023.
