The Adecco Group’s special electric van stopped by our Campus

If you had the chance to lead a leading national group and inspire over 3,000 people in Italy, would you accept the challenge?

The “CEO for One Month” talent program – now in its tenth edition – stopped today at our Campus on board The Adecco Group’s electric van after having reached 7 other universities throughout Italy, meeting young students.
The initiative aims to find and enhance the best young talents at a national level, providing them with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Welcomed to a stand next to the electric van, the students of H-FARM College were able to meet a team of HR experts and apply in advance for the talent program selections which will start in September.

Up for grabs is a 30-day training-on-the-job in the Milan headquarters with the CEO of The Adecco Group Italia.
An exceptional mentoring for an unprecedented training experience: the young talent who will work alongside the CEO will live a 360° life as a CEO for a month, putting themselves to the test and acquiring greater awareness of their hard and soft skills.
