A chat with Carlo Sassone, now Team Leader at Giurati Group. Alumnus of the Executive Master in Management and Innovation of Lifesciences, he told us how H-FARM College has helped him in his professional life.

H-FARM College left me with a new vision of the future where ideas that seem impossible can become reality. I will always carry with me the desire to get back into the game in a different way than before, the awareness of how to best make the most of my skills and those acquired thanks to this fantastic experience. The choice of H-FARM College was instinctive, right and I would do it again.

The innovative teaching of H-FARM College, based on a strong interaction between teachers and students, allowed me to experience firsthand unique professional experiences and realities in the Healthcare and Lifesciences sector, to analyze and explore in the classroom how ideas become innovation , reaching the market, and to discover what are the best strategies to achieve success in this sector.

Today I hold the role of Team Leader at Giuriati Group, a company specialized in the development and production of innovative nutritional supplements. Thanks to H-FARM College I have acquired a new perspective on work, a new vision in project management and even more the awareness of how each team member is a precious source of new ideas and solutions, essential factors for achieving success.

A path that accelerated my skills, not only thanks to teachers of the highest level, but also to my classmates, coming from different backgrounds, with whom we shared experiences, ideas and also innovative visions. A very rich network of people, who stimulated me not only from a professional but also a human point of view.
