This Master’s program trains professionals capable of leading companies’ digital transformation through artificial intelligence. In the first semester of the Master’s program, the focus is on building foundational skills to understand and apply artificial intelligence in business contexts. Students deepen their knowledge of Python, SQL, data architecture, cloud-based machine learning, and business intelligence tools, acquiring the fundamentals to analyze complex data, generate insights, and design operational AI solutions. At the same time, they develop a strategic vision of digital transformation, learning to identify opportunities and define effective roadmaps for AI adoption within organizations.
The second semester is dedicated to the advanced application of acquired skills and the management of digital transformation projects. Students work with cutting-edge technologies such as agentic AI, RAG systems, and autonomous systems, delve into cybersecurity, and learn how to integrate AI into business processes. Python and Data Architecture for Business – 10 ECTS
This module introduces students to the fundamentals of Python programming, data management, and business information system architecture. The focus is on data analysis and manipulation, building ETL pipelines, and designing relational databases and data warehouses. Students learn to transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making using practical tools and methodologies applicable in real business contexts.
Digital Transformation Strategies – 10 ECTS
This course develops the ability to lead digital transformation within organizations. Students learn to assess a company’s digital maturity, identify AI-driven innovation opportunities, create strategic roadmaps, and implement new technologies sustainably. The module combines theory and project work, focusing on innovative business models, change management, digital leadership, and future market scenarios.
Cloud-based Machine Learning and Business Intelligence – 10 ECTS
This module provides practical skills for designing, training, and deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, integrating results into business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Students learn to develop end-to-end ML pipelines, analyze data, and present insights effectively to support strategic decision-making.
Cybersecurity & AI-Powered Enterprise Systems – 10 ECTS
The course combines cybersecurity principles with the implementation of AI-based enterprise systems. Students learn to protect sensitive data, design secure architectures, and implement AI solutions in areas such as CRM, marketing, customer care, and sales. Hands-on labs and case studies provide operational skills for managing complex and secure systems.
Advanced AI & Agentic Systems – 10 ECTS
This module explores cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, and autonomous agents. Students learn to design and develop AI agents capable of planning and completing complex tasks, customizing models for specific use cases, and integrating advanced AI into business processes. The practical approach includes project development and technical presentations.
Business Strategy with AI – 10 ECTS
This course integrates technical and strategic skills, enabling students to develop comprehensive AI-based digital transformation plans. The module covers the creation of innovative business models, analysis of technology trends, assessment of organizational AI maturity, and strategic roadmap planning, including governance, compliance, and ethical AI management.
CAPSTONE PROJECT
The Capstone Project represents the pinnacle of the educational journey and takes place as an additional module after completion of the six core modules. Students, organized in multidisciplinary teams, will work on a real challenge proposed by a partner company, integrating all skills acquired during the course to develop a comprehensive solution that combines technical, strategic and business aspects.

Entry requirements
ACADEMIC TITLE
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a first-level academic diploma from a Higher Education Institute in Art and Music, or be currently enrolled in a program leading to one of these qualifications, having completed at least 110 ECTS by the time of application.
Candidates must possess, or obtain within the deadlines specified in the admission notice, an academic qualification suitable for admission to the Master’s Degrees in accordance with the entry requirements listed on the University of Chichester website.
The academic qualification requirement depends strictly on the country in which the degree was obtained.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a language certification at an appropriate level (refer to the admission notice to see recognized certifications).
In some specific cases, it is possible to access the course even without a certified English level. Accepted exemptions are listed in the application notice.

Interviews will take place on the dates specified in the admission notice. During the interview, in addition to assessing your motivation and academic and extracurricular experiences, your English language level will also be evaluated.

Applicants from non-EU countries who have correctly completed the application will be invited to participate in an asynchronous admission interview.
After the interview, you will receive the outcome of your application via email.

The tuition fees for this Master’s Degree are as follows:

Payment can be made in three installments.
If tuition fees are paid after the deadline indicated in the contract, the following penalties will apply: €100 from the 1st to the 10th day after the deadline; €200 from the 11th to the 20th day after the deadline; €200 plus a block on the student’s academic record from the 20th day after the deadline onward.
