The Bachelor’s degree in Digital Management is offered by Ca’ Foscari University of Venice in collaboration with H-FARM College. All administrative procedures (application, pre-enrolment, Visa, and enrolment) follow the regulations of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

Admission and Visa process for non-EU students

STEP 1 – Entry Requirements open accordion Close

Academic Requirement

  • Secondary school diploma
  • Minimum 12 years of total schooling

English Requirement

  • Minimum B2 level
  • Accepted certificates: IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.
  • Exemptions may apply in specific cases

Entry Test (Mandatory – Limited Admission)

You must take one of the following:

  • SAT
  • CEnT-S (English)
  • TOLC-E (Italian)

⚠️ Test results must be available at the time of application.

STEP 2 – Choose Your Admission Round open accordion Close

Digital Management follows Ca’ Foscari admission rounds.

  • Application deadline time (1:00 PM CET)
  • € 30 application fee
  • Only one application allowed per academic year

STEP 3 – Submit Your Application open accordion Close

In order to submit your application you must:

  • Register on the Ca’ Foscari application platform
  • Upload required documents
  • Pay €30 fee
  • Submit before the round deadline

Required documents:

  • Passport
  • High school diploma / provisional certificate
  • English certificate
  • Entry test results
  • Documents translations (if required)
STEP 4 – Receive Letter of Eligibility open accordion Close

If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Eligibility.

⚠️ The Letter of Eligibility does NOT mean you are enrolled. It allows you to proceed to pre-enrolment.

STEP 5 – Mandatory Pre-Enrolment (Universitaly) open accordion Close

Non-EU students must complete pre-enrolment through the Universitaly portal.

  • Submit pre-enrolment application
  • Only one university + one program allowed
  • Deadline: September 30, 2026

⚠️ Without pre-enrolment, you cannot obtain a Visa.

STEP 6 – Apply for Study Visa open accordion Close

After Universitaly validation:

  • Contact your local Italian Embassy/Consulate
  • Book visa appointment
  • Submit required documents

⚠️ Visa approval is exclusively decided by the Embassy. The University cannot intervene.

STEP 7 – Enrollment open accordion Close

After receiving your visa:

  • Upload visa copy on apply.unive.it
  • Complete enrollment procedure
  • Pay first tuition installment

Only after this step are you officially enrolled.
