
ADMISSION AND VISA PROCESS FOR NON-EU STUDENTS

The Master’s degrees delivered by the University of Chichester are taught at H-FARM College. This page explains the administrative process for Non-EU applicants.
Admission and Visa Process for Non-EU Students
STEP 1 — Entry Requirements
Academic requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, or
- Be currently enrolled in a program leading to a BSc with at least 110 ECTS credits completed
English requirement
- Minimum B2 level
- Accepted certificates (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge or equivalent)
- Exemptions may apply in specific cases

STEP 2 — Admission Rounds
- Make sure to complete the entire admission process by 30 June 2026
- €50 application fee
- You can apply in a later round, if not admitted
STEP 3 — Submit Your Application
To apply, you must:
- Register on the H-FARM College application platform
- Upload required documents
- Pay the €50 application fee
- Submit the application
Required documents:
- Passport
- Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts (or enrollment certificate with exams)
- English certificate
- Curriculum Vitae
- Reference Letter + Personal statement
As a Non-EU applicant, you may apply for the Global Talent Grant while filling out your application, which offers tuition fee reductions, from 40 to 90%.
STEP 4 — Admissions Interview
7 days after your application submission, you will be invited to an asynchronous interview.
If needed, the Admissions Team may also ask you to attend an additional online interview with the program’s academic coordinator.
STEP 5 — Pre-Enrollment
If you receive an offer, you must confirm your place by completing the pre-enrolment process. This includes:
- Signing the pre-enrolment contract
- Paying the pre-enrolment fee
After completing this step, you will receive the official admission documents needed to apply for a visa.
STEP 6 — Apply for Study Visa
If you are a Non-EU student, you must apply for a study visa through the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country.
You must:
- Book a visa appointment
- Prepare the required documents
- Submit your visa application
⚠️ Visa approval is decided exclusively by the Embassy.
STEP 7 — Enrollment
After receiving your visa, you must:
- Upload your visa documentation
- Complete the enrollment procedure with H-FARM College
- Pay the first tuition installment
You are officially enrolled only after completing this step.
