SOCOMEC
The brief
Socomec partnered with H-FARM College through the AI Transformation Lab to explore how artificial intelligence can improve complex business processes and support more efficient decision-making. The project focused on managing incoming requests, and in particular on prioritising them: requests were handled in order of arrival, without taking urgency or contractual relevance into account.
The project
With the support of H-FARM’s AI experts, students worked through every stage of the project, from analysing the business need to developing a working prototype. The result was Manutena AI, an intelligent agent designed to automate request management and classify requests by priority level. In the most critical cases, the system can immediately route the request to the most appropriate operator, improving response times and reducing operational risks.

The project demonstrated how AI can combine automation and decision-making capability, turning a concrete operational need into a scalable solution that creates business value.
