Tatiana Coviello is an expert in human resources with a strong international background, a passion for technology, and a deep commitment to the personal and professional growth of individuals. With a degree in Economics obtained in Germany and a second degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Cyber Psychology, obtained in Italy, Tatiana Coviello combines multidisciplinary skills to deeply understand human dynamics and the impact of technology.

She holds the position of HR Director and is also an International Coaching Federation certified coach.

Author of the book “The Artificial Intelligence made easy book: Don’t bury your head in the sand. Become future proof with this self-development and simple to understand Ai Workbook” (2019), Tatiana Coviello is a pioneer in the integration of Artificial Intelligence in the HR sector. Her vision does not see technology as a mere substitute for human beings but as an enhancement of human capabilities, promoting a co-intelligence approach.

Tatiana is also the creator of TIA, her digital twin, with which she explores new frontiers in the interaction between humans and technology.

As a lecturer, Tatiana is passionately dedicated to training students, preparing them to face the world of work. She has developed a test to identify the type of job seekers and how to best prepare for a job interview. At H Farm, she offers courses on how to enter the job market and teaches an advanced course for undergraduate students on AI Leadership, where she shares her expertise on artificial intelligence applied to human resources and organizational contexts.

Tatiana firmly believes in the value of emotional intelligence, ethics, self-determination, and curiosity as fundamental tools to connect the dots and make new discoveries, values she enthusiastically imparts to her students and her son, because they will be the ones to create and lead the companies of tomorrow.
