Challenge with La Romana
“The gelateria of the future. Being better than the first best”: that’s the title of a new, exciting Challenge we’ve launched on Tuesday with La Romana.
Starting as a small gelato shop in Rimini, La Romana is now a global brand with 80 stores in 9 countries, aiming to bring Italian artisanal gelato to the world.
Massimiliano Zucchi, CEO of La Romana, together with Lucia Cappelli, Training and Operation Manager, and Emma Gabrielli, Marketing and Communication Creative Designer, have launched this exciting initiative to push H-FARM College students to envision the future of customer service.
At H-FARM College, Challenges are integral to our educational approach, representing one of the key pillars of the students’ learning experience since they provide an invaluable opportunity to “learn outside the classroom” by tackling real business cases.
Guided by Raffaele Testorelli, Associate Dean of the Faculty and Coordinator, students will address questions like: What will keep customers loving La Romana? How can they innovate to stay ahead? This is more than just a Challenge—it’s a real opportunity to develop skills, collaborate, and create solutions that could shape the future of a well-established brand.
