H-FARM College and Lynn University: a student exchange between Europe and the United States

Between the end of 2025 and 2026, H-FARM College and Lynn University launched a student exchange program that offered students the opportunity to experience an academic and cultural journey between Europe and the United States, strengthening international dialogue between the two institutions.

The first phase of the project saw four H-FARM College students spend several weeks at Lynn University’s campus in Boca Raton, Florida. Here, they followed a structured academic path, attending courses focused on topics such as data visualization with artificial intelligence, politics and global markets, supply chain and operations management, and global management, while engaging daily with faculty members and students from around the world.

The experience was enriched by a variety of cultural and immersive activities that contributed to the participants’ personal growth and the development of essential intercultural skills in a global context.

A few months later, the exchange continued in Italy with the arrival of a group of Lynn University students at H-FARM College. During their stay on Campus, they had the opportunity to attend classes, connect with the student community, and discover first-hand H-FARM College’s educational model, built around an experiential learning methodology.

This student exchange program represents an important step in strengthening the collaboration between the two institutions and reflects their shared commitment to promoting international learning experiences that prepare students to face the challenges of an increasingly interconnected world.
