H-FARM College and Sportsystem Foundation join forces to train the next generation of sports professionals

The Bachelor of Science in AI & Sports Management was designed in close collaboration with the sports industry. Within this framework, the partnership between H-FARM College and Sportsystem Foundation further strengthens the programme, which will launch in September 2026. The agreement establishes an ongoing collaboration with the Foundation’s ecosystem, engaging companies, executives, and industry professionals in educational activities, project-based initiatives, and career development opportunities.

Sportsystem Foundation promotes collaboration between businesses, institutions, and educational organizations to foster innovation, nurture talent, and support the growth of the Italian sports industry. Through a network of leading companies, the Foundation creates opportunities for dialogue and collaboration between academia and industry, helping develop the skills required by an ever-evolving market.

Students will have the opportunity to engage with an ecosystem that includes nationally and internationally renowned companies such as Decathlon, HEAD, Fila, Rossignol, Alpinestars, Tecnica Group, Moon Boot, Nordica, Rollerblade, and La Sportiva.

The partnership reflects H-FARM College’s experiential approach to education, where collaboration with companies is an integral part of the academic journey. Through this initiative, students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in AI & Sports Management will tackle real industry challenges through project work, business challenges, hackathons, and case studies. They will also take part in workshops, masterclasses, guest lectures, roundtable discussions, and company visits led by professionals from the Sportsystem ecosystem.

The agreement will also create new opportunities for mentorship, networking, internships, and recruitment, helping build an even stronger bridge between higher education and the professional world. At the same time, it will foster an ongoing dialogue with companies about the emerging skills required by the industry, ensuring that the programme continues to evolve alongside the transformation of the sports sector.

Gianni Frasson, President of Sportsystem Foundation, commented:

“We are proud to launch this important collaboration with H-FARM College, a tangible opportunity to strengthen the dialogue between education and industry. Today more than ever, building strong partnerships between the educational and business worlds is a strategic choice. It means providing young people with the tools, skills, and experiences they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving job market, while also supporting companies in their innovation, digital transformation, and talent development efforts. This collaboration fully reflects our mission of promoting an increasingly innovative, forward-looking, and open sports ecosystem. I would like to thank H-FARM for sharing this vision and for choosing to build a path together that places young people, talent, and innovation at its core.”

Antonella Sannella, Managing Director of H-FARM College, added:

“The sports industry is undergoing a profound transformation driven by artificial intelligence, data, and emerging technologies. However, preparing tomorrow’s professionals requires more than simply teaching these tools. It means creating an ongoing dialogue with those who are shaping innovation across the industry every day. Our collaboration with Sportsystem Foundation was created with exactly this goal in mind: to provide our students with an educational experience that is increasingly connected to the real dynamics of the sports industry.”

Through this partnership, H-FARM College reaffirms its commitment to developing academic programmes in close collaboration with businesses and the key players driving the transformation of the industry. For students, this means an even more immersive university experience, closely connected to the realities of the sports sector, where they can develop the skills, mindset, and professional network that will support them throughout their careers.
