Advisor Challenge with the “100mila Ripartenze”

The second edition of the Advisor Challenge with the “100mila Ripartenze” association has been launched.

H-FARM College students are currently taking part in the second edition of the Advisor Challenge with 100mila Ripartenze, a social promotion association created to accompany, through a concrete and dynamic path, all those entrepreneurs or self-employed workers who in their lives, after starting a business, have find themselves dealing with the word “failure”.

The association, in particular, provides a network of coaches, mentors (managers and entrepreneurs) and specialists in strategic sectors in a completely free 12-month course.

Supported by three tutors and divided into teams, some H-FARM College students are making all their skills available, from vertical ones in the business field to their soft skills – to support three entrepreneurs on a real path to restart their career.

A wonderful project that wants to promote a paradigm shift linked to the concept of “failure”, no longer understood as a synonym of incompetence and social stigma, but as a moment of personal and professional growth.
